The ordering process was simple and easy to use. This was also my first time designing a shirt, and Brianna, a satisfaction associate, made sure the ordering process was as easy as possible. She walked me through a list of specific questions I needed to answer in regard to our university for our order to be properly processed. Simple and to the point. I will be back in the future.

Great company and website. Only problem is getting help. I ordered 70 shirts which is a lot for a small business. That was a lot of money for us and the 3X shirts are way to small. I have ordered this employee other 3 shirts and they fit fine. These are small. As a matter of fact we gave the 3x to the employee that usually wears 2x and they fit them. I need to have this issue fixed but I cannot get ahold of anyone.

They were quick to respond when the original image I sent was not super clear. However, I asked them to send the new design to me before they went ahead with it and they did not. The design was delivered without me double checking it and turned out fine, but I did not appreciate them not sending it to me first like I asked.
