This is the 4th time I have used Custom Inc for family reunion tee shirts. I've been pleased each time and the shirts have been great. This time was a little different because each time I called I talked to someone new. I could never get the person who had sent a particular email. I get the impression your employees work remotely and don't know each other. I would prefer to have one contact person to deal with.

Too many different Custom Ink representatives kept introducing themselves and saying they were responsible for my account. Give me one person to deal with, to provide consistency and avoid repetition in explaining what I needed and providing consistent answers to questions I had during the design and ordering phases.
