The Bella Canvas shirt was great although the color I received was nothing like what was shown online. The print was pixelated and did not look good. Even though the artwork I submitted was high-quality. It’s been a few days since I’ve messaged customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back.

This experience was overall great. however, one of the hoodies i recieved was missing a letter in the name on the side sleeve.

Helpful and personable staff are really pleasant and easy to work with. I live that they offered the option to print different screen sizes (for a small upcharge) to accomodate the big range of sizes I needed in my order.

My experience with Custom Ink has been very hit and miss. Some designs have printed well, and some have not. If you are looking for something very precise, I would probably look at other options.

After the order was placed, they reached out right away to let me know the design would need to be adjusted depending on the size of the shirts. They offered to adjust the size of the design themselves or I could do it myself. It was nice to be able to have them do it and avoid the stress having to do it myself.
