Process is easy, but the picture is deceiving. The patch is too small on the hat and it's hard to read the logo. Not sure if I would order again. I do want a reliable shop to take care of my business's merchandise.

The customer service was excellent! I was disappointed when I received the initial order because I was expecting direct ink to garment printing of my image. Instead I got a vinyl transfer. The image looked good but I did not like the plastic feel of it, especially for the price I paid. I wish CustomInk had made very clear the method of printing so that I did not waste money on the first order. They did print a sample of the ink version and sent it right away. Then they gave me a discount on my re-order. It looks and feels better, but the white under layer makes the dark and black areas appear gray and washed out.

You were unable to accommodate the gradient effect in our design, requiring a last-minute redesign on our end. Additionally, the logos are inconsistently centered on the totes, and the fabric/stitching quality is way, way lower than expected... like, you can't call this canvas, I can see through it. The stitching pulls and threatens to tear with just a gentle tug. On the positive, your reps were able to expedite shipping at no additional cost when the re-design process threatened our deadline. Customer service was overall very good (outside of delays due to apparent backlog).
