The tag that Custom Ink put on the shirts when through the collar and I am unable to pull it out after cutting it. Also, one tag was punched into two areas on a shirt and now has caused a noticeable hole because you can see the white size tag through it. I immediately submitted a request about this along with pictures, but no one has followed up with me other than this survey a few days later. For the price I paid I am surprised by this.

The service was great, I could see what point in production our order was and the delivery date was moved up, so our items came earlier than expected. The packaging was great, the items arrived when I was not home and it was raining out, I feared everything would be wet but I was pleasantly suprised that the items were protected in an additional plastic bag and our items were perfectly dry.
