They were quick to respond when the original image I sent was not super clear. However, I asked them to send the new design to me before they went ahead with it and they did not. The design was delivered without me double checking it and turned out fine, but I did not appreciate them not sending it to me first like I asked.

I spent $200 on 6 toddler tshirts with the expectation they be CORRECT. They were not. I sent customer service pic of my finished design product from design site and of what I received which looked nothing alike. Instead of validating my issue, they requested i send more pics with a tape measure! You can be legally blind around a corner and see my issue! I was very satisfied with the tshirt itself and was happy with my design but the size and placement of the printing was NOT a reflection of how my customization looked when I ordered. Unfortunately it wasn't just a tad off, I could've lived with that. I think the response I received was more off putting than anything else. If a customer is willing to pay $200 on 6 shirts for a baby, treat them like one of your big corporate customers spending $2000! Im seeking return and refund, which Im waiting to hear back about.

Custom Ink's website is very user friendly. It is so easy to find and choose products. They have a wide variety of high quality items. I love creating our own design in the print area and actually seeing what the product will look like before placing our orders. I highly recommend Custom Ink for all personalized logo items.
