Exceptional design and buying experience. Was advised promptly about design and some concerns about trademark issues. Designer offered some alternatives that were exceptional. I was communicated to throughout the completion and shipping timeline. Website design interface was robust but friendly. Final product was excellent.

I've connected with Custom Ink for about a decade now on numerous projects (on behalf of the company I work for ordering hundreds of custom shirts, and on personal projects for family & friends), and have yet to have an unpleasant experience. From customer service response time, ensuring delivery for time sensitive events, to the quality of the custom design images and the material they're printed on, they provide outstanding work. I will continue to work with Custom Ink in the future and cannot praise them enough. There is a tear/ fray in the shirt - only worn twice now. And you can see a square behind the logo that was printed - must be on the inside and part of your printing process. Very disappointing and looks low quality.
