I have used CustomInk many times. Always love my end result! However the response time from the art department for revisions was extremely slow. It was frustrating talking to a different “inker” each call. It wasted a lot of time reviewing what had been done before we could get to the problem. When I finally asked for a supervisor my problem was resolved in two minutes. All that said my order turned out great and was delivered on time.
