Excellent customer service on the phone! The staff at the store, during the in-person appointment, were professional and ensured the my order was done according to my specifications. The shirts look great! Will gladly use their services again.

Overall good experience, however I was disappointed that the order was held up due to the BSA Logo trademark. I paid extra to expedite the shipping and due to the order being held up, our hoodies did not arrive in time for us to take them to camp. (Which means I paid extra for no reason.)

This was the easiest sight to navigate..Very easy to customize with any logo. Very refreshing from some of the other complicated sights. I highly recommend.
