The embroidery looked rushed. The back of the hat has our URL, which looks very squished! Not happy with the way it was stitched. I trust your embroidery team to give the best advice to match the design we gave but it did not seem that way

The overall experience has been fine. The product was delivered before the anticipated date. I’m questioning the quality of it though. We’ll see how it holds up.
