Shirts arrived with scorch marks on both of them around logo. I had to have them replaced. This was frustrating because I paid extra for expedited delivery in order to get them in time for our first client event. Now I have to find an alternative for my employees.

It was very to upload our logo and order our t-shirts. The colors in our logo, placement and printing were spot on! Then we received our shirts almost a week earlier than expected, it was like Christmas around here! Nobody has had a chance to wash and dry their t-shirts yet, so I can't speak to fading or anything, but I am very pleased so far!

I wish there was a way for a final mock up to be sent over before printing the shirts because I would have noticed if it was not centered. I also think the logo on the back was too high on some of the shirts. We measured where the logo sat between sizes and it was really all over the place. I think consistency is a big issue and I wish this would have been corrected by the CustomInk team or made the website more user friendly to avoid this issue.

My experience with Custom Ink has been better than I expected. Gabby and her team took the time to listen to all my concerns and addressed them one by one. The team assisted me in ways that my previous vendor could or would not. I highly recommend using them. They even responded quickly when there was an issue with my product count. They quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have recommended them to others and will use them exclusively going forward.
