Custom Ink was so easy to work with. I loved the custom modifications you can make to your design to allow it to work the best for your project. I chose the monochrome option which worked great for my project. They had a graphic artist review the final design to make sure everything was good-to-go and they made a few small modifications to fix some unintended elements to the image. They asked for final approval on the change. It was great. I did need help from customer service for a mistake I made. They were so helpful, they really went above and beyond!
