Shirt was nice but not printed on the shirt I initially had wanted. Won't be ordering from here again. It allowed me to order the shirt and then when I called customer service to explain that it didn't upgrade my shipping even though I had selected the option, the service rep said I couldn't get it printed on the shirt I had ordered it on.

I had an urgent situation and had to get some tank shirts quickly! Custom Ink not only pulled thru for me, they actually had a phone conversation with me to be sure they had my exact instructions on my design. It had a piece in it I didn't want (and wasn't aware that it was there as it blended into the dark background). Their art department caught it and messaged me! I was able to give them exact instructuons—and they nailed it! And I received my shirts one day earlier than I expected! So grateful!

The whole experience was great. There were a couple of questions they had for me to make sure my shirts turned out well! Once that was quickly navigated, they got to work and exceeded expectations, and I received all of the shirts earlier than expected!

I had to fight to get my logo approved. Seems someone has a similar picture copyrighted. I designed that logo 10 years ago and you printed it. I should not have had to fight over the phone to get it donr

AVOID. I placed a $5,500 order for custom performance UV shirts and expected a professional experience. Instead, the final product arrived with incorrect colors and misaligned logo placement — despite my having specifically corrected these issues with a resolutions manager BEFORE approving the proof. I even raised concerns that the proof didn’t look as good as it did in the DesignLab preview. The manager assured me it was just a software issue and that the final shirts would look better in person. They did not. The missing color and misplaced logos is inexplicable. I assume this was all just rushed and there is no actual oversight or attention to detail. Printing mistakes aside, what is straightforwardly unacceptable and questionable business practice, is that after I paid the invoice, all communication from CustomInk essentially stopped. Multiple emails were completely ignored, and customer service agents were unhelpful and uninformed. It took multiple escalations just to get someone to acknowledge the order. I worked with this person to correct and approve the proofs, and the order still arrived incorrect. For a US$5,500 order I would have expected significantly better. CustomInk clearly lacks the systems or accountability to handle serious jobs. I’ll be using a smaller, more attentive company in the future.
